ISO Harness Adaptor For Audi TT Mk1 8N Radio CANbus Symphony BOSE Amplifier. Add to favourite sellers. ISO adapter harness for Audi A3, A4, A6 and TT cars with original BOSE amplified audio systems. This harness adapts from the original ISO and Mini ISO connectors at the back of the head unit to standard aftermarket ISO connectors. The harness has a built in high to low level audio adapter to drop the speaker outputs from the new head unit to a low line level signal to work with the original amplifier in the car. The high to low level adapter has 4 dials to individually set the levels of each audio channel to give perfect sound quality. The built in CANbus interface generates an ignition supply, this means installation is plug and play. Note: Some early Audi TT cars will have CANbus wires at the back of the radio but do not carry the CANbus ignition data. This lead is required to fit an aftermarket stereo to your vehicle. It will adapt your vehicle’s wiring to a standard ISO connection which is used on the aftermarket unit. The one end will be the plug to receive the factory fitted audio loom and the other end will be ISO power and speaker blocks to fit into an after-market ISO female plug that comes from most after-market head units. For a lot of modern vehicles come fitted with a single source factory radios which are CANBUS based. When you want to change these out for an after-market radio, you come up against the issue of them not having an ignition power supply in the factory audio harness for the new after-market radio to work with, as the new radio is dual source. This cables removes all of that as it includes a little CAN decoder box which will provide an ignition supply from the cars CAN bus data system when the key is in the accessory position, which makes it easy to fit and plug and play.
