We ensure that the engines are fully running on bikes before removing them. If the customer wishes to return an engine, a report from an authorised garage is required. If a fault is found in the gearbox. If the engine is too low on compression. If the engine is seized. What is not covered. Wear and tear parts such as clutch, alternator etc. Any damage or faults as a result of fitting the engine. Snapped exhaust studs, bolts or cracked covers. The engine must not be opened or tampered with unless we have explicitly stated to do so. We must be made aware of any issues with the engine alongside evidence of images or videos before returning the engine. If a customer changes their mind about an order, and the part has not yet been dispatched, we are happy to cancel the order. Please let us know and we can cancel any orders for you.
