As the owner of a classic, you know adding amenities is very limited with OE wiring. These kits include all you need to modernize and upgrade your classic vehicle and are made in the USA specific for your year, make and model. A replacement headlight switch with internal 25-amp circuit breaker, adjustable length shaft, and custom knob. Standard turn signal flasher, hazard flasher, and horn relay mounted remotely on harness. Upgraded fuse box designed to fit in original location with no modification. New ATO fuse panel allows for easy fuse and circuit breaker accessibility. Harness is laid out and formed to allow for nearly all after market accessories such as; gauge packages, wiper systems, heat and air conditioning systems, etc. All necessary attaching hardware included. New side marker lamp socket pigtail extensions, license plate lamp lead connection, as well as the fuel tank sender lead connection are also included. Additional power lead wires in included for optional equipment. Complete fog lamp circuit including OE switch connector along with supplied power relay. New high and low beam relay circuits along with supplied relays for halogen headlights. Engine wiring includes feeds for coil, tach, water temperature, oil pressure, electric choke, transfer case warning lamp, under hood lamp, transmission kickdown and electric speedometer (if needed). A heavy gauge alternator feed and fusible link are also included for any typical high output 1 wire or internally regulated “SI” alternator. Connectors supplied for power and tach leads for GM style H. Distributors along with various oil and temp senders. Front lighting includes extra long leads that can be routed for stock or optional appearances. All head light, parking light, directional light and side marker light leads, along with horn, washer pump, brake warning wires and a switched trigger wire for an electric fan relay (usually recommended with AC) are provided. Mating terminals and connectors are also provided for you to complete your custom installation. This harness is for the engine and transmission wiring for a Ford 4.6L. It will allow you to wire the engine and transmission when installing them into a earlier model vehicle like Cobra kit cars, Muscle cars, Street rods, Trucks and 4×4, etc. This is not a factory replacement wiring harness. This harness is an EEC-V OBD II system designed to use the original Ford 4.6L ECU. (not included with this kit). Will have to be reprogrammed to remove PATS anti-theft at a minimum. The picture represents the items you will get, but some items may be different. Each of these items is specific and we want to include the correct wiring. We cannot build the kit until the questions have been answered. With this harness you can design where to mount your ECU and the routing of each wire custom to your vehicle. This harness allows you to mount the computer up to 20 feet (in Trunk, under seat, behind kick panel inside the vehicle) away from each sensor. The computer plugs-in 18 inches from the stainless steel Telorvek panel used as a junction between the computer and sensors that contains the fuses, relays and check engine light. There is an additional wire for mounting the check engine light on your dash. You will get a bag for each sensor with a wired sensor connector and 20 feet of wire. Each wire is printed where it is coming from and going to every 10 inches. You plug in each sensor and run the wires back to a terminal block on the Telorvek panel, cutting the excess wire and crimping a fork terminal. Place the numbered wire with terminal under the numbered screw and tighten the screw. Once every sensor and fuel pump is wired and plugged in, you will have 3 wires to hook up (Battery feed, Ignition feed and ground). This harness is built in the U. With brand new OEM Ford connectors and 260 degree automotive grade GXL wire (thicker insulation than TXL wire). The harness includes OEM diagnostic port for Ford 4.6L. The harness can be used with long tube headers or stock exhaust manifolds. It can be used with 5 speed, 6 speed, 4R70W, 4R100W (wiring included when used) or any non-computer controlled transmission typically installed behind this motor. It will work with any performance upgrades or engine diagnostic tool designed for the Ford 4.6L engine you are using. Wiring for all emissions sensors are included in this kit if you request them.
