Jeep Cherokee XJ OEM Fog Light ADD ON KIT. Fits 1997 – 2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ (SEE NOTE BELOW). Tested & Inspected – Very Good Condition. Includes the following items. OEM Headlight harness w / Fog Light option. OEM Center Dashboard Switch Panel w / Fog Light option. OEM Fog Lamp Assemblies (1 – LH / 1 – RH). Condition of the items. Intact NO damaged wires or connectors. Mounts are good, includes bolts. Bezels have normal wear scratches ect. BULBS ARE GOOD BOTH LIGHT UP. Minor scratches around cigarette lighter port. Mounting holes are good. Includes pigtails for custom wiring if needed. A Note Regarding Compatibility : Some 1997 – 2001 XJ’s are pre-wired in the dash for the fog light switch, some are not. If yours happens to be one that is not you will need to wire in the switch using the included pigtail. It is also worth mentioning that there are a couple of different connectors used on the cigarette lighter sockets as well. If the ones on the switch plate included do not match yours you will need to swap the lighter sockets with yours or use the pigtail provided to convert your harness to match the included lighter sockets. If any of this is a concern to you it would be advisable to remove your existing switch panel and check to see if you have the connector shown in the last pic (as well as see if your lighter connections match up). Those of you that have the connector are pre-wired and adding the fog lights will be plug-n-play.
