This listing is for a Vintage Original 1970’s Gibson Flying V Pickguard. This came off a 1978 Gibson Flying V that had some issues but the guard and wiring harness is original and intact. The guard comes as pictured with the original wiring harness. The pots date to the 26th week of 1978. The guard is in nice shape for it’s age but shows wear and aging and the white has yellowed somewhat giving the guard a nice vintage look. Some of the screw holes are slightly cracked but the guard is fully functional and ready to be installed. These late 1970’s and early 1980’s Flying V Pickguards are very rare and hard to find and don’t come up for sale very often.
