Our warranties are between ourselves (Autospares and salvage limited) and the named person on the invoice. Warranties are not transferable. If within this time, the part proves to be faulty, we will offer a replacement. In the event of a claim, the garage you use must be able to provide engineers reports and receipts and have a registered business number and address. We do not guarantee any clutches that may be supplied or left on our engines. We recommend that all of these parts are to be fitted as new before fitting the second hand engine. The company will accept no liability under this guarantee where engines fail as a result of criminal or malicious damage, fire or theft. If upon inspection the engine has been damaged by the malfunction of any components not supplied by the company, then it will not be covered by this agreement.
